My current lease was near it's end and I was looking to buyout my lease. I went to the Hawk Ford of St. Charles. What a difference in customer service compared to other dealerships I’ve been to over the ye buyout my lease. I went to the Hawk Ford of St. Charles. What a difference in customer service compared to other dealerships I’ve been to over the years. From the moment I walked in and all the way up until today, Sam treated me as family, and all I did was buyout my lease!!! I'd like to give a big thank you to Sam Menkovic. For the first time there, they missed on the time needed to do the Works oil change by a 1/2 hour. Not bad ordinarily, but if you're on a tight schedule to be else where, don't rely on the time that is esti to do the Works oil change by a 1/2 hour. Not bad ordinarily, but if you're on a tight schedule to be else where, don't rely on the time that is estimated. Also, they misheard me say that I would change out my rear windshield wiper blade, and though the head mechanic offered to pick up the cost, I didn't think it was right to get that service and item for free, so it cost me a little more than I expected, but still not a deal breaker. Note to self: make sure the communication is clear for the work to be done. Overall, definitely a repeat for car service as they were very professional and thorough in their service. More

They had limited inventory. I ordered a white Bronco but never came and ended up buying the only Bronco in stock which is the Outer Banks. Took my F150 in for a full service synthetic oil change. Previously the tires were rotated and brakes checked. Not this time. When I inquired after the service, I was told I didn't request the tire totation Previously the tires were rotated and brakes checked. Not this time. When I inquired after the service, I was told I didn't request the tire totation and brake check. I was not asked at take in either. That's why I took it to the Ford dealer not Jiffy Lube. (Maybe next time). More
