Restored my faith in Car Dealerships!! I thought the days of Car Dealerships with honesty, integrity, and nice people were gone. I was wrong. I recently purchased a high mileage F150 that I I thought the days of Car Dealerships with honesty, integrity, and nice people were gone. I was wrong. I recently purchased a high mileage F150 that I fully knew had no warranty. After just a few days I recognized some issues with the brakes and an oil leak. I took it to the dealership not expecting them to pay for anything. I didn't even ask. Buying a used truck always comes with some repairs and fixes. But, when they completed the repairs that must have been well over $1K (new brake rotors and fixed the oil leak and even a new key because it only came with one) they just handed me the keys with a smile and said "no charge - sorry we didn't catch these issues when we sold it to you." Wow - I was floored. They earned my business for life. Hawk Ford in St. Charles - a car dealership with integrity and a long term relationship view. Quick and Easy Repair We had a minor accident with the passenger side view mirror. New key fob After experiencing some weird things happening with the car such as being locked out, lights and locks flashing and clicking on and off. The service area was closed but a friendly salesman told me if I put the fob in the center console the car would operate without a hitch (although I do have a hitch) I did as he suggested and came back the next day when service was open. It was determined the key fob was malfunctioning and hence the odd happenings. A new fob was ordered and programmed after it arrived. The vehicle is operating normally (very well) and continues to be a pleasure to drive. More
