This time around Bill wasn't immediately available to speak with us and so Eric Sakumoto stepped in to assist us with questions we had regarding the vehicle we were interested in while waiting for Bill, even though he knew we would be dealing with Bill. He was very helpful and the information he provided valuable. Only a true professional would step in to do something like that knowing that in the end he would not be getting the sale. We really appreciated that.
