Very dissapointed on the level of service I received. Colin provided the worst service i could ask for. I came in for a recall service. Not only did he charge me for services I did not agree to, he tried Colin provided the worst service i could ask for. I came in for a recall service. Not only did he charge me for services I did not agree to, he tried gave me a quote for $790 for a 30min job. When I declined his ridiculous quote, he handed me my keys and told me it was up front. When I went upfront, the car was never there. He then said its probably in the back lot. When I go to Hyundai, they thank me, wash my car, and pull my car up and tell me to have a great day. Colin made me spend 5mins looking in a lot for my car. When I found my car, it was full of plastic and paper. At that point I was extremely xxxxxx. I asked Colin who is going to empty the trash? He says, "I dont know, thats what they use to keep it clean". Very dissapointed... These kids have no sense of customer service, in addition, to quote me $790 for a service I paid at Meinekie for $275 and took 30mins to install is absurd. The part on Ford was listed for $199 and with labor it cost me $75. And for Colin to tell me it takes 2hrs to install a trunk lock and the cost of the part for $790, is ridiculous. I will never come here for any services and I never write surveys. I run multiple retail locations for a big corporation. Our goal is always customer service, if I had a leader or employee who treated customers this way, there would be some major coaching and accountability. I appreciate the sales manager who tried to diffuse the situation, but by then it was too late, the damage was done. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here if Colin is there. More
I continue to bring my vehicles to Hawk Ford because of the people in their service departments — and that includes the commercial side, which deserves more recognition than it gets. Steve has been outs the people in their service departments — and that includes the commercial side, which deserves more recognition than it gets. Steve has been outstanding handling my gas vehicles over the years, including my motorhome with the V10. His consistency, communication, and attention to detail are a big reason I’ve trusted Hawk with multiple vehicles. On the diesel side, Kathleen in the Commercial/Diesel Service department has been just as impressive. Most recently, I brought my F-350 in for an oil change before a long trip, and once again, she made the process easy and efficient. She’s responsive, organized, and makes sure things get done right without any hassle. The only frustration I have is that the Commercial Service department still doesn’t seem to get properly recognized in these reviews. They absolutely deserve it. I give the team 5 stars all day long — but I hope the folks reading these reviews take the time to actually hear what customers are saying, not just count stars. More

I need a vehicle for work and for picking my son up from school daily and needed a new and reliable vehicle within the day. I was able to get a 2026 Escape w a 135,000 mile warranty, so I won't run into this type of nightmare again. Eric & Chris did the best they could to help me not get totally screwed w my loan. For someone who makes $100k a year & has 720 credit, it is unfortunately a much higher monthly payment then I'd like, but that isn't really Ford's fault. They actually worked the numbers as best they could to make it a lot more affordable than the other dealerships I talked to that day. I also had brand new 19" rims & Pirelli zeros on my 2020 Escape that they not only allowed me to keep, but they put them onto the 2026 Escape for free and let me keep the stock rims/tires. More
