I recently had my Ford F-350 serviced and wanted to recognize the excellent work of the service department. The staff was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. Kathleen, w recognize the excellent work of the service department. The staff was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. Kathleen, who works with the larger diesel trucks, was especially great to work with. Unfortunately, when I received the manufacturer survey, her name was not even listed as an option, which seems unfair given the level of service she provides. I was also pleased to see the future improvements being made to the service area. The addition of a coffee station for service customers is a welcome change. Customers had to walk to another area of the dealership for coffee, so this is a nice improvement to the overall experience. My one suggestion would be regarding customer feedback requests. After my service visit, I received both a phone call and this email asking for feedback. I am always happy to provide input, but receiving multiple requests for the same survey can feel excessive. Better coordination between phone and email follow-up would make the experience less intrusive while still giving customers an opportunity to share their thoughts. I have expressed this many times. Overall, the service department did an excellent job, and I appreciate the efforts being made to improve the customer experience. More

Your service was great but your app leaves a lot to be desired. I had confirmation number even though I had not completed the required information on the app so when I arrive, they had no information abou desired. I had confirmation number even though I had not completed the required information on the app so when I arrive, they had no information about me.. the service writer said no problem. He would take care of me and get the project done as soon as possible. I was in and out of there in less than a half hour fantastic job really appreciate the speed and the reliability. Normally if I had gone to a Chevy or GMC department I would’ve wasted two hours. Just trying to get my oil change again thank you for your services. More
