blaming on the customer dont allow the customer to speak Horrible service! I have had 4 Hondas never had an issue until I experienced Headquater Honda. I purchased a brand new civic SI a week ago. I was on the Highway and my tire gauge came on pulled over immediately to find the tire was completely flat. With the new models they come with s spare or donut tire. Instead it came with a tire repair kit machine thing. When pulling out The liquid was empty. I called Honda roadside assistance they tolled my vehicle to headquater Honda. Right away the put the blame on me. immediately they said looks like you been off roading. I replied really a brand new sports car? absolutely not. There service people didn't even know about the tire repair kit replaced the spare tire. oh but there's much more... So now they come in and said I will owe 189.00 plus tax on the tire and made go out there to see a little hole in my tire and showed there was powder on it. I said ok but why didn't your tire repair kit did not work if you claim there is residue on this? They rudely said that something needs to wedged in there. I researched the repair liquid its designed to fill in small holes. another lie from them... oh one more thing they would not give me a loaner so I was stuck finding a ride to the other side of town and I had two small children with me.... I would strongly recommend another dealer. More

A few days later Lee contacted us and let us know that they just got a SUV in that met our specifications and to take a look online and let him know if we wanted him to start the paperwork.
