I came on Monday to buy a car and didn’t end up buying and leaving with a car sadly. I decided to come back and try again. I was met by Dylan and right off the back he was nice, honest and upfront. We ended up taking one of the cars on a test drive, I ended up falling in love with a car. Dylan made me feel like family and not like a customer which I really appreciated. Excellent experience buying a car from Mike Jahangir! We came in just to take a look at the inventory and left with a brand new Civic Sport. After purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership we found a problem, back up camera not working. Could not get a response from salesman. or sales manager. The next day during a rainstorm I noticed ther found a problem, back up camera not working. Could not get a response from salesman. or sales manager. Silly me I thought they inspected these vehicles before they resold them. Still can't get anyone on the phone. Oh well my bad probably won't shop there again nor would I recommend them for a used vehicle... Up Date..... Sales Manager Paul Rienzi reached out this afternoon and will try and make things right. I think that the extra business at the end of month plus a memorial day sales event might have made for a busy schedule. I will meet with him and see if we can't make this right. No luck fixing things told to go to authorized dealer for back up camera and because I bought a wiper so I could drive he said it's ok then and we were done. I drove 45 mun each way for that... no offer of a spare wiper or some gas not even an apology for the poor inspection. Paul was very interested in getting this review removed. I guess I stand by my review. More
