I was just going to get my usual with the tire rotation and oil change but I spent money I was not hoping to. I took off a star because normally I wasn’t pressured and this time around I just felt like Toyota was trying to make money off of me. If they had been willing to adjust my price by a mere $250 or so - essentially not charging me more than what the features were quoted for on my build order, I would have left a very happy customer. The gall to even quote the cost of a headset for $300 and try to justify that cost is beyond me. In addition, the cross rails for my car were quoted at $200 on the build but your dealership charged me $288. I found the headsets for a cost of $50 each at Andrew and didn’t even have to pay shipping. Lastly, is it really necessary to have a customer wait 6 hours to pick up a car? I arrived at 2:30pm and it was almost 9 when I left. No food. Thank you for the complimentary beverages. Alex, my sales person was friendly and put in extra work to get my car ready. Jakub, who handled finishing the financing was good to work with. So was Colt. I would recommend others to this dealership. I just think it could be so much better if the personnel were thinking a bit more about the customer’s experience. More
