James Hicks III has been my salesman for 2 leased cars and 2 used cars since 2019. I have never felt high pressured sales from James or Heiser, as I have with some other salespeople and dealerships. Jam and 2 used cars since 2019. I have never felt high pressured sales from James or Heiser, as I have with some other salespeople and dealerships. James goes the extra mile to make sure the vehicles are right for your particular situation, that the leasing and buying experience is fair, and that the vehicles are in perfect or best possible shape before leaving the lot. He takes the time with you so you never feel rushed. Also, Heiser seems to be choosy about which used cars they will sell versus just having high volume. They seem to be about quality vs quantity. I would recommend James and Heiser if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle!! More

The salesman didn't give us any options with tires, only quoted us for one set. Also, we were on a tike crunch and needed to leave close to around the quoted time of 2 hours.
