Went to Heiser for my bi-annual oil change and tire rotation appointment. My service rep Vincent was thorough in checking over and discussing the history of my car and what might be needed. While waiting for the work to be done on my toyota, I learned lots from Jorgo about Toyota models and the soon to be released Electric. I recommend this dealership. Sharp people! Just make certain you have an appointment- they are often extremely busy. More

Came in to get a new remote for my car. After waiting an hour to get it reprogrammed, they said, oh, by the way we fixed your old one, but still will charge you for a new one. Nobody let me know this was a hour to get it reprogrammed, they said, oh, by the way we fixed your old one, but still will charge you for a new one. Nobody let me know this was a possibility, so I had to refuse to pay for a brand new remote. Another 30 minutes for them to decide it was ok. Not a friendly experience More
