Very much a wonderful experience. Never felt pushed. Time was taken to explain in detail procedures that needed to be addressed. We shocked our children that we bough a car without their input shocking that we could get a beautiful car that they all love including grandchildren. That we were able to get a good price and not be swindled. A lot of appreciation to Christine who explained the financial part so easily to us.
