I set up an appointment with Mitch, and he introduced us Al Hussain. I told Al what other cars we were going to look at after we test drive the toyota, and he was fine with that. He gave us a price that we thought was very fair and then allowed us to go away to look at competing cars. Absolutely no pressure. What I really liked was he spoke to my girlfriend when explaining the car since she would be the primary driver. Very keen on who the car was for, I really liked that a lot. This experience was different from my past experiences at other dealers; the sales people were truly product specialists, answering questions and explaining the technology in the car. I was treated intelligently, Al knew we would pick the car that suited our unique requirements and needs; I didn't feel I was being "sold" to. In the end, the people that work at Heiser are just like normal people, they care and want to do a good job, and they also need to be paid for that just as I am paid for what I do. I was just really happy with the process and everything was easy, at ease, no pressure. I would recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a car. Very professional. When my family looks for a car, nieces, nephews, brothers, I will send them here. They will be treated fairly. More

I called to have this checked. I was told the entire appointment schedule was booked for the next eight days. I said I had an engine icon on and I felt uncomfortable driving the car. I was told there was no emergency time slots built into to there appointment schedule but I could come in on stand by. I asked if that might mean I could wait six or seven hours before being taken care of. I was told they could not say how long it would take. I did go in on stand by and was on my way home in two hours. I had to change my own plans to have the car taken care because of the uncertainty of waiting time but I was satisfied that I was taken care of in two hours. More

I’ve never owned a hybrid before and I am concerned about how it is running. When I had a phone survey and reported that - I was given a follow up call and told to speak with roger droukas? I left a voicemail but he never returned my call. The service manager who helped me hadn’t set up his voicemail and I could never catch him. After waiting several days, . I went to Andrew Toyota and they figured it out - called Toyota, and got some specific feedback. More
They were all they promised and then some! I had my Tacoma in for regular service and asked for a couple of additional tasks to be done. They got it done almost before I was home! Very rushed and impersonal This is the 2nd time recently where I have had issues with the service advisor not paying attention to what I was asking. Last week I went in for a This is the 2nd time recently where I have had issues with the service advisor not paying attention to what I was asking. Last week I went in for a recall on airbags. The letter I received (at least 6 times) said free loaners are available. But the advisor brushed that off and said “no we don’t have any”. I also had a letter for a 2nd repair program for the gas filler cover. Last year mine broke and I asked for a quote at that time on fixing it which was around $400 and I did not want to pay that much. So now I got the letter saying repairs were free but the service advisor last week straight out said “you will be charged a diagnostic for looking at it which is only waived if it qualifies”. I did not care for this approach. I pointed out I already was quoted for this and actually at that time no one threatened a diagnostic fee. After the visit she did determine I qualify and that the part was ordered. The other time I had an issue I went in for an oil change and also asked for my emissions test. He told me the emissions would be run and put on my seat. I did not think to ask before leaving but when I logged on that day to renew my plates, it said I needed my emissions. When I called to ask I was told that they probably forgot. This wasted over an hour of my time because I had to take it in ;(elsewhere) for emissions. Also- the call center that calls are routed to now is the most inefficient process. After I get this next repair done I fully intend to have my future service work done elsewhere. More
