My needs were not met I called on Thursday November 7, 2019 and told them my car was acting up and I had to drive back from Oshkosh (which is about 80 miles from home) beca I called on Thursday November 7, 2019 and told them my car was acting up and I had to drive back from Oshkosh (which is about 80 miles from home) because of this. They told me I could bring it in and get a loaner car because I was headed north to my daughters birthday and my 44th anniversary. I drove it home that day and called them in the morning to set up bringing my truck in and picking up a loaner. I got a big run around by the service people and they eventually hung up on me. So I got in my truck and drove there to get this going. They did look at the vehicle and told me they did a software update and my truck was good to go. I drove north as planned and my truck still is not working correct. More
