Disappointed I was given wrong information on the phone about when my total car care ended for free maintenance checks. As a result, I just missed my last free one by a week. That was very frustrating to me. What added to the frustration was the attitude of the girl who told me that. She was very blunt in saying they had no records of that phone call, and basically insinuated that I was lying about what I had been told. She should have at least shown some sympathy for my being told incorrectly. Very poor customer service! I do not know those girls names. However, I spoke with a dealer who, although he couldn’t give me that free check, he at least showed sympathy and I believe he was the reason I at least got a coupon discount off the maintenance cost. His name is Roger. I thank him for that. More
