Oil change tech do very bad job Brought my truck for a airbag recalled and decided to have oil change after picked my truck drive about 13 miles, smile oil burned found out oil is le Brought my truck for a airbag recalled and decided to have oil change after picked my truck drive about 13 miles, smile oil burned found out oil is leakage under the engine "oil is pooling" no joke thank God I did not drive long distance. Park over night at home the next morning check the engine oil have only 1/4 oils left, I stop by have it check right away. The tech said the seal is broken because he make it too tight. Well oil change is the most simple job if any tech could do it right that is bad, the bad thing is that my truck's engine could froze. Would recommend my friend no not after what happen I can't trust Heiser. maybe in the future I will try again. More

After a few hours after test driving I decided to pull the trigger and buy this vehicle. He worked to get be the best deals for my trade in along with the sale price of the vehicle. Everything went very smoothly with no issues and I was able to have my vehicle within 2 days along with the remote start installation. I highly recommend working with Heiser Toyota and will keep them in mind when I hear someone is looking for a new vehicle. More
Frame Replacement I brought the 2010 Tacoma in for the recall on frame replacement. I was told by service that they would call if there was anything else that could be I brought the 2010 Tacoma in for the recall on frame replacement. I was told by service that they would call if there was anything else that could be done while this was all apart. Told I would only have to pay for parts and no labor. The truck has 94,000 miles and I would think a tuneup would be recommended. I received a call a week later and the job completed with no other problems. Now if I want a tuneup labor will be charged along with parts. More
Why change the seat settings and not put it back? As a woman who is 5'10", I adjust my seat. I guess men who work there are shorter and cannot be inconvenienced the 15 feet they drive my car???? IF you must change the seat, WHY do you not attempt to change it back to something resembling where it was? I should not have to crawl into my car after service. Please ask your guys, if they must change the seat settings, to not inconvenience the customer. Upon return, they should, at least, approximate where the seat was before they carelessly changed it. Highlander 25,000 mile Service Make appointment via phone call after trying a number of times via Heiser website. Arrived prior to scheduled time & was taken in immediately. An hour & 1/2 later the 25,000 mile Service was completed. The service rep apologize for the length of time to complete. I understand that sometime unforeseen situations develop & i appreciate the reps apology. More
