None of these things happened at Heiser. Jorgo listened carefully, treated me respectfully, and was responsive at every step along the way. Evaluate front end issue after accident I brought my Camry to Heiser because I was having a problem with the front drivers side tire after being involved in a minor accident. I was so disapp I brought my Camry to Heiser because I was having a problem with the front drivers side tire after being involved in a minor accident. I was so disappointed in the service I received. After waiting nearly two hours a service advisor came out and told me I needed new struts. I just had them replaced the week prior, and I told them that when I checked in with the vehicle. He then made me go back to the service area so someone else could explain things to me. It seemed as though no one knew what the problem was and they were guessing. They didn't even bother to take the tire off to look at things and I was charged $89 plus tax! More
