I went and got an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that it was going to take an hour to an hour and a half but it took over two hours. I’m not sure that it is worth the free oil change. I was courteously treated during my entire 3 hours at the very busy service department. Vincent kept me informed about what added service was advisable without pressuring me to proceed with it. Had my oil changed in December. two days later found a puddle of unknown liquid underneath car. Fearing it might be brake fluid and I live far from the dealership I had the car to two days later found a puddle of unknown liquid underneath car. Fearing it might be brake fluid and I live far from the dealership I had the car towed in to get fixed. Turned out they said it was a faulty gasket on the oil filter. They fixed it and I went on my way. It cost me 15 bucks for the tow and a ride to pick up the car. Mostly an inconvenience: it happens. Was hoping for a ride from the dealership to pick the car up, but apparently they dont go out that far, and maybe a credit for the tow, but its all good. Still satisfied overall with service from Heiser, especially the attention Matt gives on what I need done and explanations on my questions. Keep up the good work! More
