I was blown away by the professionalism of the receptionist/scheduler (Andrea Kass) and my appointed service advisor, Sean Savage. Both made me feel like a longtime customer and a valued customer. My vehicle was purchased from another state and I must say that I had a terrible buying experience which made me have an issue with "trust." From the very beginning, Sean stated that he is here to help and see that exceptional service is provided, which he delivered above and beyond. Sean is extremely professional, attentive, and caring. He explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle which by the way the other dealership in Hempstead ripped me off by having me put in new brakes/pads and rotors. I was mislead and spent $1000 which was not necessary at the time. I am so happy that I came to Helms for a second opinion for the back brakes and rotors More

He was pleasant and kind, helpful and always did his best to answer all questions I had. There was a small issue with the arrival date of my leased car but he solved the problem for my very readily and I was extremely happy with the prompt arrival of my car. I've emailed a couple of times with questions and Herman's always replied within the hour. I also received a number of phone calls and emails, both from the secretary at Helms Bros and from the Technician that will be in charge of all maintenance of my vehicle. This is definitely the level of service I expect from a Mercedes Benz dealership. More

Michael was very informative explaining all the features and differences between the cars all the while asking my mother what she prefers in a car so he can help narrow down the choices. He immediately informed us of the promotions going on for each car and told us he would try work with us for the price range we were looking for. He dedicated majority of the his day to my family and made the process literally effortless. I have been to many dealerships in my life and this was the easiest dealership I have visited to purchase a car.
