There is never any hovering over you to make quick decisions. As a sales rep myself, clients do respect that. As a result I have sent many clients to him and they are now his loyal customers. From initially walking into the dealership to look around to picking up my car, everything ran very smoothly and the service was A+. The salesperson walked me through all the features of my new car in detail and has even been available to answer questions about the vehicle after driving it off the lot. I also felt that the different advice the salesperson provided felt personal and, as mentioned above, made me all the more comfortable making a deal during my first visit.
