I did not walk in to the dealership intending to purchase a car but after a very thorough briefing of the characteristics of the car, advantages of a hybrid vehicle (including tax credits) and answering all of my questions----we made the purchase on the spot. I had purchased a Porsche 15 years ago but this was a big leap, however with a brand that I feel very comfortable owning. The new tech signature process was very interesting and easier than any I have seen in the past. Enabling the dealership to make the additions that I chose, I picked up the car two days later. It included a thorough and professional briefing of the car operations. I was particularly impressed with the ease that I was able to understand and use the technology features. Set-up was also simple to understand. I could not be happier with my new car and feel the sales and support teams did an exemplary job in helping my wife and I in the purchase and delivery process. Hennessy Porsche is a first class dealership and organization. I have purchased and had many cars serviced by Hennessy dealerships and they consistently perform at a top level. Highly recommend any Hennessy owned dealership but have a particularly favorable ratings for the Porsche team. More

The management fully supports their sales team and service personnel. They provide them the latitude to do their jobs, while resolving issues with customers when needed. Hennessy views their customers as long term clients, not just a sales transaction. This philosophy is top down driven. I have to assume Hennessy is pushing the right buttons, because they continue to receive annual brand recognition from Porsche. Greg Jordan is our go to person. Greg is one of these car guys that is thoroughly knowledgeable of the brand as well as each model. He is also very knowledgeable of brand history. Our first purchase was a Cayenne, followed by a hybrid Panamera and now a 911. Each transaction has been an excellent experience. Greg helped us through the sales process. Excellent Car Buying Experience I initially found my car on a third party website and requested for more information. He sent me additional photos of the car and even a sound bite of the engine/exhaust so I could hear how it sounded. I drove 4 hours to finally tests drive and ultimately buy my dream car and it was well worth it. We had worked out all the preliminary numbers prior to my arrival. I was offered a fair amount on my trade from just the photos I had provided. There were no surprises. Scott spent the appropriate amount of time during my test drive and showed me all the features I wasn’t already aware of on my car. I would definitely purchase again from Scott at Hennessy Porsche. Sara Ali from the finance department also made the trip worth it. She went through my documents with me and made sure I ha everything I needed before I returned home. More

He was greeted professionally by Gene McClure who showed him another car that was exactly what he was interested in purchasing. Gene was extremely knowledgeable about the car and explained everything to us. He negotiated a fair price for the car and within days we were back to take delivery of the car. After having a lousy experience at another local Porsche dealership we were extremely pleased with everyone we came in contact with at Hennessy. The customer service is bar none. I highly recommend Hennessy Porsche and specifically Gene McClure to anyone in the market for a Porsche. More
