Their communication is awful, techs are careless and their salesmen are sharky. After my first year service on my current Porsche, I am amazed at the difference driving a little further would make. Hennessy is awesome! I am also a customer at their Cadillac store and have had a great experience there. Avoid Porsche Perimeter like the plague, they suck!!! Steve Richardson is a great communicator and is always available. He is also a real car enthusiast, unlike the service advisors at Ellis. The Russian guy is also awesome. More
