A far better experience than I expected I choose cars very carefully, do not buy them often and drive them for a long time. I have owned Audi, BMW, Saab, Volvo, Lexus and others, but this wa I choose cars very carefully, do not buy them often and drive them for a long time. I have owned Audi, BMW, Saab, Volvo, Lexus and others, but this was my first internet purchase and my first Porsche. I was very skeptical and expected to encounter frustrations throughout the process, but was very pleasantly surprised. Scott and the others I dealt with at Hennessy made the process simple, seamless and actually enjoyable. My wife and I drove a rental car from out of town to take delivery of a CPO Macan S, and were put at ease the moment we walked into Hennessy's amazing facility. Our car and documents were all ready for delivery and in perfect condition. Scott took time to teach me some basics about the vehicle (I've still got a lot to learn) and make sure I was comfortable with it before seeing us off for our return trip. Since taking delivery, I've had questions about some vehicle features, called Scott and he patiently talked me through my issues. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and would certainly go back to Scott and Hennessy when I'm in the market for another Porsche. More

Fantastic, start to finish This was without a doubt the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I was very interested in a recently released model, and actually f This was without a doubt the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I was very interested in a recently released model, and actually finding one to look at in person and test drive was proving difficult. After much looking around and a few discussions with Gene in sales, I drove from over 100 miles away out of state to look at several choices Hennessy had available. Gene spent a lot of time with me going over what options were available on the units they had, and which options would have to be special ordered. He genuinely cared about helping me find a vehicle I would be happy with, not simply selling a unit they happened to have on the lot. I felt like the dealer treated me fairly on my trade-in offer, and in the end, I ended up driving home in a brand new Porsche (so new, that we had to wait for all the transportation "gift wrap" to be taken off, since it had literally just been delivered). Sara was fantastic in helping me with all of the out-of-state sales paperwork. I will gladly drive the extra distance to work with them in the future since they worked so hard to make my purchasing experience an excellent one. More

Loyalty works both ways. When you get tested fairly and with respect you tend to come back. I have purchased over 200 cars in my lifetime and I only really have two dealers that I NEVER had a less than perfect experience and Hennessy is one of them. Our visit to Hennessy Porsche was somewhat by accident - I had not originally intended to look at Porsches in Atlanta. The fact that I left with a new Porsche should tell you everything you need to know. Once we were there, David and everyone we encountered were very helpful, answered all of our questions, and we never felt any pressure to purchase. Several times, David stressed that he was there to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our decisions and would do anything to ensure we were satisfied. David Gentile did not simply succeed as a salesman, but he has created a relationship that will last. I will return to Hennessy. More
