Since our first purchase from Hennessy we moved to Dallas, there are several Porsche dealers in the DFW area however we found the best deals and the best customer service at Hennessy Porsche. So Happy! So, I just bought a Porsche!! I've been thinking of this for years but not being a rich person I had to wait a while. I don't see myself as the typic So, I just bought a Porsche!! I've been thinking of this for years but not being a rich person I had to wait a while. I don't see myself as the typical Porsche customer and I was half expecting to be disregarded or not taken seriously when I walked in the Porsche showroom at 530 PM on a Saturday evening. I had no idea they were closing at 6PM. Greg Jordan offered to assist me and treated me like a valued customer. He was exceptionally accommodating, polite and courteous. He was also quite knowledgeable and explained all the features of the 2015 Macan I was considering. I was SOLD but I never felt pushed or manipulated. Straightforward and open, he did an outstanding job. I bought the car the next business day. I worked with Michael Caldwell for financing and he was a hoot! Eazy breezy! Right when I was driving off the lot, I had one more question and found Drew Borges! He was just as personable and helpful as Greg and Mike were. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I couldn't believe I'd had any trepidation about visiting the dealership. What do I know, huh? More

World Class Customer Service and A Great Vehicle My wife had a very unusual situation, where she was needing to swap a newly purchased car (in August) for one that was going to work better for her. My wife had a very unusual situation, where she was needing to swap a newly purchased car (in August) for one that was going to work better for her. The car that met her requirements was a Porsche Macan S. We worked with Greg Jordan and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better person with whom to work. When we went to make the purchase, there was a problem caused by another dealership not living up to what we felt they had promised. That's when Mark Venti got involved and worked with us to make sure we got the deal that we were expecting. He couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. Jamey Holt went over the various warranty options with us, but not at all in a way that leaves you feeling exhausted and irritated. Every interaction we had at Hennessy Porsche was positive and we highly recommend them. They are a class outfit. More

He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was a pleasure to work with. Even though the dealership did not have the car that I wanted (options on the car did not match my preference), he had tried everything to get the right car for me by contacting other dealerships (to trade the car with) and update me with current status everyday. Because it was so difficult to get the right car by trading, I ended up buying the car directly from an out-of-state dealer. My experience with Greg and Hennessy Porsche was still very positive and I thought they treated me with courtesy and patience. I would highly recommend Greg to any of our friends or family and I would come back to him for my next Porsche purchase. Thanks Greg! More
