Past and Future - Lessons we all learn. 1st Review - The Past I've purchased two cars from Hennessy, a 911 Turbo S and a Cayenne Turbo S. My first experience with Hennessy was amazing. Davi 1st Review - The Past I've purchased two cars from Hennessy, a 911 Turbo S and a Cayenne Turbo S. My first experience with Hennessy was amazing. David Gentile the salesman was spot on and was initially the reason I went back for my second vehicle purchase. I bought the car from out of state, David actually drove the car to my office, delivered it, and rented a car to drive back home. Amazing... Second purchase, things went a little different. I traded several cars in for the Cayenne Turbo S. They sent a truck out to pick up the cars, the driver barely spoke english, came to pick up the cars at 8pm or so one night without prior notice, it was a mess. He forgot a set of tires that went with one of the trades and I was basically harassed for weeks to get Hennessy the tires. The salesmen even went as far as telling me that if I didn't deliver them the tires (which their driver didn't pick up) they would notify Porsche financial I was in breach of contract. Needless to say I haven't been pleased with their customer service after this issue. Lastly, I inquired about a GT3 RS on their website and the response was simply, "It’s not available.". So I'm giving the dealership a 1 star review because that's not how you treat someone after they bought two almost $200k vehicles. 2nd Review - Future I believe it's all important to tell the whole story any time there is a story to tell as every story has a beginning, middle and end. So I guess we can call this the middle of our story. About a month or so ago I received a text from David telling me they had one of these "golden unicorns" (aka GT3 RS) in stock ready to sell. Surprised that I would hear from David after my last review, I responded YES, I want it. I was on vacation at the time and out of the country but even after everything David and I had been through David treated me with respect and delivered on every promise. I got my golden unicorn. On my drive back home with it I reflected back on the beginning of our story and it wasn't fair to blame David for all the "issues". So when I'm wrong I will admit it. I was wrong to poorly judge David. He did what he needed to do and I can't fault him for that. Not only did he deliver my golden unicorn, he has a GT4 on the way for me as well. So, would I recommend buying from David and the Hennessy team, YES I would. More

On delivery day Jamey was very prepared with financial details and there were no surprises. When it was time to roll away, Mike did a phenomenal job of handing off our CPO Cayman S and making us familiar with all the features. On his recommendation we capped off the day with a quick visit to the PEC in Atlanta...great day! Thanks again Hennessy! More
