Just bought my first diesel and really my first GMC this dealership. Jordan helped me get into a new Sierra 1500 AT4 Duramax. Over the years I have worked with a lot of dealerships of all different brands a dealership. Jordan helped me get into a new Sierra 1500 AT4 Duramax. Over the years I have worked with a lot of dealerships of all different brands and I have to say this experience was by far the best. Jordan is polite and professional but also a straight shooter which really helped us both not waste time. My truck came in a day early and even though it was supposed to be his day off, he called me up and pushed the detail guys to get it all done and ready to go while I was in the finance office. And the finance manager Adrienne was so patient and knowledgeable and real. Honestly the best car salesman and dealership experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so much Jordan and the team. More

Upfront sales was excellent. Correction of advertised price and contract price was rectified in a professional manner. Application and benefit of the Costco sales plan did not appear to be used and was not clearly explained. Only received one fob, was not divulged prior to contract. Trailer hitch cover was promised, but not received, I purchased one from Amazon overnight. The most egregious part of our experience is that there is a recall for a condition of the engine that has caused injuries and death, along with mechanical failures. How and why was this not upfront and shared? Is Henry Brown a service center for this repair? More

Best group I have ever worked with. I called 3 days in advance of my arrival. I told Dwayne what, when, and why I wanted to make a deal and that My payment needed to stay the same as it I called 3 days in advance of my arrival. I told Dwayne what, when, and why I wanted to make a deal and that My payment needed to stay the same as it was for the trade in. He had a list of trucks and took me to them. Only special request was the color. Purple! Dwayne took care of it. Titanium Rush is close enough for me. The finance dept worked it all out. My payment is $1.00 more than the old one.
