For the first time, I bought a BMW 535xi from Boston Herb Chamber BMW. Recently, I went there for a regular service and met with Brett Robinson, a customer service rep. I could not believe the royal treatment I received from Brett at BMW. It certainly surpassed the superior customer service I have always enjoyed at Benz. Brett listened to me very carefully and treated me with utmost respect. He set up a driver to drop me off and pick me up the next day. Absolutely no hassle. All my concerns with the car was taking care of and I drove back home a super clean car. Hands Down- 5* customer rep guy. A true gentleman!! I will certainly consider buying another BMW. Our sales person, Rodrigo Moreno, was great. The sales manager who handled and finalized our paper work - Samuel Desriches - was not. He was rude, overly aggressive, and condescending.
