satisfied with the product but one thing,I didn't like When I purchased my vehicle, I had purchased an additional wheel and Tyre protection. Yes, It was my decision to purchase and the manager had given a 1000$ discount than the Actual price. I appreciate that. After a day, I somehow felt I don't want to go with this Tyre and wheel protection and contacted the manager to check if this can be excluded from the purchase. I was informed that it cannot be done and I have to go with that as I opted for that previous day. One thing I didn't understand is if herb chambers had a policy of 5 day car return with a full reimbursement, isn't there a way to just have this additional package excluded from my purchase, if I don't prefer to go with that package? I didn't even pick up my car by that time. So I was bit disappointed by this. More

Took 4+ hrs. to reach advisor for status up-date on vehicle that was in for scheduled maintenance/recall repair - note vehicle dropped off 3 days prior. Experienced multiple call disconnects (4), multiple unresponsive pages by receptionist (3), unreplied text msg, and when finally reached advisor was told that I must have missed text/email that vehicle was ready. At pick up I pressed about supposed missed communications, and advisor admitted they were never sent...blamed TX based call svc. center. NOTE - I do not believe my svc. advisor was being negligent. There is a system-wide issue with how this dept. processes and communicates to customers. Also, multiple requests to speak with dept. supervisor were completely ignored More
