Was offered a loaner vehicle 3 days later, after expressing my inconvenience multiple times. Also, I asked them to do two things in the car: 1. To check the tire pressure warning light. 2. To remove a sticker from the driver side front windshield. When I received the car (had to wait 30 mins for them to find my car!!!! Another problem), both the things were not done. The guy who delivered the car was kind enough to fix the tire pressure immediately (only good thing about the whole experience). After, I just drove away as I was getting late for another commitment. More

Sam was friendly, knowledgable and generous with his time. He showed us the dealership's inventory of preowned MINIs and he took us out test drive a few. He was familiar with the different models and vehicle specs, which was a huge help in deciding which options were important. With the electronic pricing of preowned cars there was no haggling over price and no pressure to buy; some previsit homework on our part meant we were familiar with pricing at other dealerships. Sam was great at following up on all my post visit email questions; we highly recommend him. Overall a very satisfying experience - and, yes, we bought a Countryman - our first MINI! More

Horrible Service I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. When I tried to make an appointment for my 2018 X3 when my check engine light came on I was not abl I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. When I tried to make an appointment for my 2018 X3 when my check engine light came on I was not able to bring my car in for over 1 week without a loaner car and 2 weeks with a loaner car. I asked for simple confirmation that my car was drivable and was told that "no one can provide me with that information". I finally was able to drop my car off last Thursday night. It took over 20 minutes for me to wait in a line of cars to even enter the service area. Once in the service area, my license and credit card were taken promptly and I was then told to wait for a service advisor. There were three standing right in front of me as I waited. One was brushing his hair and the other two talking to each other. They then broke out singing happy birthday while I continued to wait never acknowledging that I was waiting right in front of them. I then approached them telling them that I was in a hurry as I had to pick up my son. One then stopped brushing his hair and the other took down my information. I then waited another 10 minutes for a loaner car and was brought out into the pouring rain and told that we would have to use our phone flashlights to ensure there was no damage to the car as it was pitch black. At this point I was soaking wet as was my phone. An umbrella would have been nice if I had to inspect the car in the dark and pouring rain. I am stuck going to this dealership for the next year and a half of my lease as there is no BMW dealership closer. I do love my car and have been a loyal BMW owner for over 10 years but this will be my last unless another dealership opens closer to Boston. It is also 5 days later and they do not know what is wrong with my car. Thankfully I have a loaner. More

We never made it to Day 2, or to Appointment 2 for that matter. This was mostly because of the low-pressure, high-engagement of our experience with Sam Hesketh-Tutton at Mini. He was patient, knowledgeable, nice. When we got a bit of cold feet committing to a purchase or lease of a new Counryman, Sam showed us a nice array of CPO cars and we found "Winnie." The experience was so positive, we bought a second Mini a year and a half later. Worth a look-see if you're in the market for a Cooper. More
