Returning for some minor adjustments, the Service team of Brett and Mark took great care to make sure I knew how the work was advancing and when the vehicle was ready. They were both very courteous and clearly interested in my total satisfaction with the experience. More

Took 4+ hrs. to reach advisor for status up-date on vehicle that was in for scheduled maintenance/recall repair - note vehicle dropped off 3 days prior. Experienced multiple call disconnects (4), multiple unresponsive pages by receptionist (3), unreplied text msg, and when finally reached advisor was told that I must have missed text/email that vehicle was ready. At pick up I pressed about supposed missed communications, and advisor admitted they were never sent...blamed TX based call svc. center. NOTE - I do not believe my svc. advisor was being negligent. There is a system-wide issue with how this dept. processes and communicates to customers. Also, multiple requests to speak with dept. supervisor were completely ignored More

Giovanni actually placed the build of my car and his taste and design eye is outstanding ! then sitting with Sam to work thru the finance model , working with the M coach Joe Migdal to overview my car and answering all of my questions and providing with he latest info on the M2 Specs, then finally Rich for helping me order a set of winter sneakers and assisting me with the "drive out" and scheduling me with Chris for the tire install this week.
