Car should have been ready on same day of appointment but had to leave it overnight, which was inconvenient. Was promised a call by noon with status but no call came (advisor allegedly had emergency but why had to leave it overnight, which was inconvenient. At 4:30, I’m still waiting- no car. And invoice with service charges was incorrect, overcharging me $250. Good thing I checked.Ruined my weekend.. Not the first time I have had issues with this service department. But it will be the last. More

I was told on the phone that the service to my car would take 1 hour, 2 hours max. When I arrived I was told that information was incorrect and that it would actually take 3+ hours, which was very inconveni take 1 hour, 2 hours max. When I arrived I was told that information was incorrect and that it would actually take 3+ hours, which was very inconvenient. Car wasn’t cleaned well when I received it back. I was told I’d be reimbursed for my Uber back to the dealership, but I haven’t heard anything since. I could go on….Wasn’t a great experience, I likely will go to another BMW dealership in the future. More

Great service but using the web site to get the appointment was a bit tricky. When I left the tire pressure had not been reset so the warning stayed on my display until I could clear it.
