I could not believe the royal treatment I received from Brett at BMW. It certainly surpassed the superior customer service I have always enjoyed at Benz. Brett listened to me very carefully and treated me with utmost respect. He set up a driver to drop me off and pick me up the next day. Absolutely no hassle.
