Salesperson was fine. Accessories were not installed when we came to get car so we had to return. Waited 90 minutes for finance person before even starting paperwork. I had an EXTREMELY bad experience with Herb Chambers burlington Honda. They sent me a proposal for purchasing a new Honda Accord hybrid by email. When I arrived at the dealership they changed the price burlington Honda. They sent me a proposal for purchasing a new Honda Accord hybrid by email. When I arrived at the dealership they changed the price substantially ( more than $1,000) in their favor. When I complained to the sales manager there, he said “ oh, the internet sales people are told to give those kind of prices”. I was shocked at his admitted statement. This behavior harkens back to the bait and switch tactics that gave car salespeople such a bad reputation in the first place. I will never go there again and if you go, get everything in writing. I ended up buying the vehicle at another Honda dealership which was much more ethical. More
