Bruce is very trustworthy, as he pointed out some windshield flaws that we had initially missed and committed to repair them after purchase (which was done promptly). He never pressured us to buy unwanted added services and warrantees (a huge turn-off for me). He followed up with us after the sale to ensure that all commitments were met and that we were completely satisfied. I truly enjoyed working with Bruce, and would definitely buy a car from him again.
