Personable, kind, professional I had the pleasure of having Homero as my salesman when I visited Herb Chambers to see the car I first found online. He was quick in finding the car and bringing it foward and offering me a test drive. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge of the vihicle. Afterwards I loved his no frills, straightforward approach as we discussed the financials. Never any pressure, always patient and professional. Even after the sale when I arrived to pick up the car he spent over an hour with me going over the cars technologies, helping with Bluetooth phone set-up and such. My husband and I contacted him to obtain a quote for a Honda CRV 2016. He was very professional throughout all the process. He succeeded in meeting most of our special requests from leasing price to number of mileage to the color of the interior and exterior of the car. He was quick. Mohamed was not persistent but instead wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied before making the deal. We will definitely come back to lease our next car. Mohamed Hussein helped me turn in my previous Honda lease, and within an hour and a half I leased a brand new accord. Mohamed was very professional and knowledgeable of the models and features. He was very informative but never pressured me to make a sale. I asked Mohamed several questions and he was able to give me straight forward answers. He was extremely patient with me. My final leasing price was lower than any other Honda dealer I visited in Rhode Island. I am completely satisfied with my new car. I hope to work with Mohamed again in three years for my future lease. More

3 Months later My wife and I had been looking at a new Pilot for a few months. Man were those things tough to nail down! Herb Chambers was the only dealership in th My wife and I had been looking at a new Pilot for a few months. Man were those things tough to nail down! Herb Chambers was the only dealership in the area willing to locate what we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay. Scott had one driven down from New Hampshire and sent me a surprise email at 2AM saying they had found one and it would be there by 1PM. Amazing! We worked with James on site and Danielle (online) before hand. The entire process was quick and painless and later that day we drove home in my wife's dream car. We will absolutely be back! On a side note, 2 days after we purchased the vehicle, by some random act we had a wire pierce the sidewall of one of the tires. They took care of the tire the next morning in less than an hour!
