He is very friendly and knowledgeable and we never felt pressured to buy at any point in time. While at his desk, I made a comment about looking for a Ford F-150 within the next year or two and to my surprise he told us that Herb Chambers has a Ford dealership. I really like that Herb Chambers will give you a complete breakdown of the price so you can see exactly what you will be paying. Other dealers merely slip you a piece of paper with a number scribbled on it, only to then pull it away quickly unless you agree to the price. Herb Chambers does a good job of walking you through the process of leasing a car and they make sure that you understand the process. More

I was in the market for a new 2017 Honda Accord Sport and I could not find a pri My overall experience with this car is 5 stars from beginning to end. I was in the market for a new 2017 Honda Accord Sport and I could not find a price anywhere in Rhode Island that was in the range I wanted to spend. After inquiring about the car at Herb Chambers online, Danielle Samoorian called me within 24 hours to tell me about the vehicles that were available that I would be interested in. Danielle was very professional and did not at any point come off as pushy to me. She is the reason that I ended up at Herb Chambers to eventually buy the car I chose. She explained to me that the Seekonk store did not have the color I was interested in so she searched around to find me the car I wanted. She assured me I would have my car within a few days, which I was OK with. I ended up with it the next day which was perfect. Danielle assured me that I would get the car at a much lower price, and she was correct. I ended up with my car from Herb Chambers for substantially less than any other place was offering. Because of this, at no point did I ever even want to negotiate with my sales person because the sale price was fair and affordable. When I arrived to Herb Chambers, Danielle set me up with Thomas London. Once again, at no point did I ever feel pressured by Thomas to purchase a vehicle or buy any warranties that I told him I was not interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was looking at and he knew the answers to all my questions. He stayed in contact with me the next day to let me know exactly when my car was going to be ready. Upon arrival to pick up my car, he had the keys waiting for me and took me to my car. It could have simply ended there but instead Thomas went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to use everything in my car and did not have any questions. The last person I dealt with was Emilio Navarro to go over the paper work. The thing that was great about Emilio is that at this point all he had to do was to get me to sign the papers and get me out the door so he could move on with his day. Instead we talked about other things for about 20 minutes including places I have traveled to and my current line of work. He made it a very personalized experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism which I was grateful for. Overall I really cannot begin to explain how happy I was with this experience. Buying a new car can be a difficult experience and this was probably one of the easiest and most efficient things I have ever experienced. I have had more trouble with calling the customer service center of Verizon than I had purchasing and receiving this vehicle. I am a huge Honda person and I will never purchase any other vehicle. Because of that, I will definitely end up at Herb Chambers in Seekonk again as well as make sure my family and friends go there when purchasing a vehicle. A+ experience! I was in dire need of a car, but was terrified to look for one after having had some bad experiences at other dealerships (people who tried to talk me into everything I didn't want without helping me find what I was actually looking for). I read the reviews of Chris Banks and Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk and knew this was the person & place for me. Chris did not disappoint!...Chris is, of course, incredibly knowledgeable in his field. But what sets him apart is that he is truly kind. He takes the time with his customers to learn about what they need and works triple time to make sure they find it. He understands this is a big purchase for most & did not lose patience with my anxiety. He spent more time than I could ever have imagined to help make sure I ended up with the right car for my needs. He also made sure to let me know that, even after the purchase should I have any additional questions, he would continue to be there to help.
