Late model low mileage used car. Sam was the best. He listened and provded appropriate feedback for my questions. I did find the Factory Wrap Plus extended warranty a bit confusing. It is a good priduct but the financing goes against common sense since the payments are spread over the term of the loan and you can easily use up the eligible mileage well before the loan is paid up. He stayed with us the whole time the sale was going through and I found him honest and reliable. My only criticism would be that he referred only to my husband although I was the one buying the car. Today I went in, looking to buy my own car after driving my first car (an '04 Ford Escape my parents bought for me on Craigslist) for almost 4 years throughout high school and college. The service was awesome right when we walked in. Sam helped us and went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and that my car needs were met. I ended up with a used 2013 Hybrid Honda Civic that I love and can't wait to pick up tomorrow! The car is in wonderful condition and the price couldn't be beat by other dealers. Both Sam and Emilio made sure that I got the best deal for my money and I genuinely appreciate the time and care they put into my first car buying experience. Neither of them were pushy salesmen, and they really made the experience personal for me.
