This is the second time I've bought a new vehicle from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. After driving Toyotas for 25 years, I got the best deal for my money in 2004 with a Honda Pilot. This week I bought a 2014 Honda CR-V, again, the best for the price. Both times my salesperson was David High. I can't recommend him enough. He knows the vehicles inside and out, and he helps to make you understand what you're getting for the best price. I actually sought him out this time because my first experience with him as my salesperson was so enjoyable. He's not just good at sales...he's a truly good person. Obviously, he's dedicated; he's been at the same dealership for 10 years!!!! His after-sale follow-up is just as wonderful. The dealership itself makes the buying experience totally "painless." If you're looking for a Honda, Herb Chambers of Seekonk is the place to go, and please ask for David High!!!! More

Some did put in some good effort but not enough to make anything happen. I only met Maged, Bil, Paul, and I had even went to Scott being the manager because I was so desparate to get into a car and was told that Jose was involved in my sale whom I did not meet and I have no idea if there was anyone else involved but I was happy with the experience. Having bought my first pre-owned certified Honda from Herb Chambers of Seekonk 13 years ago, I returned to purchase another. I met with General Manager, Scott, and salesperson, Krista. We came to an agreement on a price, including my trade-in, and what any additional costs would be. Over the next month Krista diligently looked for ‘my’ car, contacting me with possibilities as they came in. I returned to the lot several times to check the stock, and the sales staff were always pleasant. Krista was patient, personable, and knowledgeable. She promptly answered questions by phone or email. Scott came by the closing to check that my car was all set for me at the end.
