I recently purchased a 2011 Mercedes E 350 at Herb Chambers in Seekonk MA, Sales Consultant Russ Curran took the time over the course of my three visits to the dealership to ensure I was happy with my selection. I tried at least a half dozen cars and each time Russ provided detailed information about the car. Russ was also quick to point out minor things with this used vehicle that were quickly addressed before I picked up the vehicle. Such details as a minor squeak in a pulley fixed immediately with no haggling, A minor touch up on the paint, done before the papers were signed, Russ inspected this car as if he was buying it, That is the sales experience everyone should have. I am very happy with the purchase. The car is in mint condition and was fully detailed upon delivery. I went to Herb Chambers in Seekonk i I dealt with Brian Delsesto with my new car purchase recently and couldn't say one bad thing about my experience. I went to Herb Chambers in Seekonk in search for an exact car; 2014 Civic EX-L in black. Even though they didn't have this car in stock, he found one and had it at the dealership within 24 hours (this was not an easy car to find, I know this because I had been searching myself!). Unfortunately Seekonk is a far commute for me, so being able to talk to Brian over the phone to work most every thing out was very helpful. He made the whole process extremely easy and always got back to me when he said he would. He took his time explaining everything and didn't laugh at my stupid questions! I appreciate all the help I have received and would recommend to anyone! Brian is an asset to this company! And I love my new Civic :) More

While browsing through Auto Trader I came across a used certified Honda CRV that was advertised by Herb Chambers. I then called my brother, who buys a new car every 3/4 years from Herb Chambers and he gave me Brian Delsesto's cell phone number. I called Brian and made arrangements to meet him at the dealership. I introduced myself to Brian and told him which vehicle I was interested in. Brian quickly accommodated me by bringing the car out front so I could look at it and take it for a test drive. Being a certified vehicle, the car sold itself. Brian Delsesto was very polite, courteous and very professional. I'm sure Brian had other matters pending but you would never know it. Outstanding Experience My salesman, Homero Lima, made the day and changed a bad experience from several years back to one of the BEST experiences that I won’t easily forget. My salesman, Homero Lima, made the day and changed a bad experience from several years back to one of the BEST experiences that I won’t easily forget. Homero delivered excellent service, was knowledgeable about the product, and was patient with several of my questions. Plus he had a super professional and friendly demeanor. I came back to the dealership prior to my lease ending because I was to going over the stipulated mileage on my former lease. (I had a difficult year with my 80-year mom being in and out of the hospital four times. All of those extra trips added to the overage.) Homero eased my fears and was able to get me best deal and into a new 2014 Honda Civic for the same amount that I was paying for the previous lease. Truly amazing!! He made sure that I was happy every step of the way, coordinated the logistics and all the necessary paperwork with his superiors. What a wonderful blessing. I love my new car and I will spread the word about how great this dealership is with everyone I know. On a scale of 1-10, both Homero Lima and Herb Chambers deserve a 10. My husband and I had originally been in 2 weeks prior looking for a used vehicle. Russ stayed in contact with me during the two weeks it took me to make a decision on which car I wanted to buy. Even the day I was in the dealership I still had not decided. The fact that Russ was not pushy but was honest, friendly and funny made the experience an easy one. My daughter even "won" a prize for coloring such a great picture. Please let Russ know the bear is no longer called "Russell the bear" but instead Freddy. We will for sure be back in 10 months when my lease on my other Accord is up. I'm hoping Russ is still there to deal with, I would definitely recommend him if you are heading in to buy a car from Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk. More

Bought a car I was shopping for a new car, as mine was dying quickly, and within a few hours I was driving off the lot in my "new to me" 2011 Honda Civic Hybrid.
