I was looking for a new car good on gas, but did not want to spend over a certain price. A friend of mine recommended this dealership. I went to the dealer and Dave helped me. My experience with Herb Chambers and Mike Rebola was by far my best car buying experience ever. We knew what car model we wanted and did our homework on what we should expect to pay for it. I had heard good things about Herb Chambers and they had the car we were looking for so I inquired about it. They got back to me within a few minutes with a price that was actually less than I expected to pay. And Mike was really great to work with. Everything was so well organized and professionally executed. I can't say enough about the experience and will definitely get back with Mike the next time we're ready for a new car. The other thing I liked about the experience was that they didn't try to push any of the extras on us. I'd had a bad experience on a previous car purchase (different brand and dealer) where they were overly aggressive about extras. That said, Herb Chambers offers extra services that would be good for some people but didn't put the hard-sell on us. They clearly put a tremendous emphasis on good customer experiences and they succeed very, very well. More
