We were greeted with a helpful simile from Ziad Rousan. After a quick explanation of our issue, our van was diagnosed with a serpentine belt issue. Ziad explained the repairs and cost. An hour and half later our van was washed and repaired. The total time was around 2 and half hours from start to finish. During this time, Josh allowed us to test drive a new CRV.
