First and foremost, he has integrity and he keeps his word. He does this by being truthful and realistic, while under promising and over delivering. Perhaps equally important, he never makes the car buying process feel like that, which perhaps is the greatest asset in his sales toolbox. Working with Kennedy feels more like you are working with an advocate. The process never feels like it’s me vs Kennedy. It feels like it’s me and my advocate Kennedy negotiating cooperatively and respectfully with Toyota. So why would I go anywhere else? I wouldn’t. Which is why I looked him up 7 years later.
