First time buyer experience! The idea of buying and researching for a new car has been incredibly stressful for me, but I had the best, best, best sales representative and experie The idea of buying and researching for a new car has been incredibly stressful for me, but I had the best, best, best sales representative and experience with Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, Cierra Pellot, and Heather Shea. Before going to the dealership, I had prepared and had a list of my wants, pros, and cons. I had helped with looking for a car and was given three dealerships that could helped me out. Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn was the only dealership that gave me amazing communication, compare to other dealerships that I was looking for. Cierra Pellot, who I corresponded with via emails and phone calls, was amazing. She kept me informed of stocks, answered questions for me, and kept that communication line very strong. It made the experience of buying a car less stressful. When I made an appointment to do a test drive and see if I was going to be purchasing my first car, I was nervous. The entire day I felt anxious about my first meeting, because I wasn't sure if I was going to get a car or how things would be. When I got to the dealership and was assigned with Heather Shea, it was a true blessing. She made everything extremely comfortable for me, gave me the other options that were available, and really listened to me about my concerns. When we went on our test drive, I was nervous - I haven't really test driven a new car before. But she truly helped me calm down and put me at ease by simply talking to me. Our conversation in the car made the experience less stressful than I could every imagine. I'm glad that I had my first experience buying a car with someone who made me feel comfortable, confident in my decision, and has been communicate with me. I hope anyone who is a first time buyer gets a Heather Shea as their sales representative. She is absolutely a wonderful individual and very knowledgeable in her job. She's a gem!
