I was greeted at the door by Jimmy and Samantha already had everything set up for me. I was short on time my first trip there but I already knew I would be buying from them. I came back the next day, drove the car I was interested in and then Jimmy showed me another car that I wasn't sure I was going to like... But it turns out I LOVED it! The whole team knew exactly what I wanted. Then came time to talk numbers, which is the part I hate. Dylan made this so painless. There wasn't too much "back and forth" and we agreed on a price. Then came finance. All the paperwork was explained in a way that even I could understand it. I ended up getting an extended warranty, key replacement, tire protection and gap insurance and Andi did everything he could to keep my payments exactly where I wanted them to be.I kind of got upset thinking I wasn't going to be able to take my new car home that day but Jimmy worked his magic and I drove away in my brand new Corolla! All in all I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I will definitely be referring all of my friends to come here. Thank you Samantha, Jimmy, Dylan, Andi and Kevin! More

With the second car he managed to do a better job than the first time which I didn't think was possible. If I buy a third car I know he will mange to thrill me with the service even more. This guy only gets better. What was shocking to me was Emad the GSM. Who changed my perception of management at dealer ships. I thought wael was nice and he is one of a kind who happens to work at a dealership. I met Emad then I found out why wael was that good because the general sales manager is that good, that professional, that friendly. Doesn't go an extra mile, Emad went an extra thousand miles to make sure I am happy with every step of the process. As long as wael and Emad work there I will purchase there. He helped my husband purchase a Tacoma Pro and Dhimitri Lako and the General Manger, Dan Bortolussi, went above and beyond to get my husband the truck he REALLY wanted! They had told us it could be 3 months before Jim saw his truck but within 48 hours the truck was at the showroom in Auburn. We had such a great experience that I ended up purchasing a Rav4. I am so excited. They made it all come together for us, They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process simple. Surprised I was told quite clearly by a competitor of Herb Chambers Toyota that I would NOT receive the Herb Chambers quoted price on a new 2015 Corolla LE leas I was told quite clearly by a competitor of Herb Chambers Toyota that I would NOT receive the Herb Chambers quoted price on a new 2015 Corolla LE lease. After listening to their explanation I did sign a lease agreement with this dealer for a 2015 Corolla LE with 12K annual miles, 36 mth lease with $1500 out of pocket for a total monthly payment of $219. I did not put money down on the deal explaining that I needed to make sure the sale of my car took place the following day. The dealership states a 48 hour money back guarantee if you change your mind so, I had my out. I was fully expecting the onslaught of add ons when I returned to Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn but none materialized! Not only did the dealership keep its word, the salesman and managers actually went a step further. I ended up with a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE ECO with a 15K annual mile 36 month lease with just $233 out of pocket and a total monthly payment of $234. For only $15 more per month I got a better car that will save me in excess of the extra $15/mth in gas only, i also got 3000 more miles per year on the lease and I saved $1267 in out of pocket expenses. My advice is to do your homework. Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn earned my respect today! Thanks to managers Mike Demers, Stephane Jovin and salesman Mehdi & David. More
