2014 Toyota Tundra This is my second Toyota purchase at Herb Chambers. Sal Sassone was a great sales rep throughout the sales process. Dhimmitri Lako also was great helping out on the first part of the sale. Sal made sure to make himself on the day of delivery, took the time on a busy day to sit with my wife and kids as I was in the finance room. Sal really gets customer service and should be considered an asset of Herb Chambers Toyota. I would also like to note that General Manager Dan , took the time to notice one of my daughters who had been with us throughout the process. She is two years old and asked if it was okay to give her a Toyota stuffed animal for her good behavior. That made her night. Sometimes it is the little things that go a long way. We will be back to buy another Toyota in the future. More

He was very patient and willing to listen to what I really was looking for if I was going to seriously make a purchase at this time. He seems to really like his job there, so it must be a reflection of well treated employees at this Toyota Store. As a female purchasing a car my her self, the approach makes all the difference in the world whether a purchase is made. I have to say Michael did a great job helping me find the car that would fit my needs that resulted in a purchase I felt good about in the end. Thank you for all your help! More

Horrible Went in to look for a car that would be my sons. Asked them NOT to run credit unless we came to a deal. Never came to deal. Found out they sent application to 12 banks and made 14 inquiries on my credit. With no deal? Talked to banks, they entered WRONG last name (now credit bureau shows A.K.A. alias for their negligence. They also forgot a zero at the end of my income! No wonder bank though income was insufficient. 10k a year or 100k a year, big difference. Talked with Shawn and he said "my mistake" I'll get inquiries removed. Just checked, he DID NOT. Sending issue to attorney for action. Bad, bad place. More

I got in touch with the sales manager, Jeff, to discuss the issues via email. Unbeknownst to me, Jeff was on vacation but still coordinated my service appointment with Doug back at the office. Doug had us come in the very next morning to fix the issues himself. We feel very lucky to have worked with Jeff and Doug. These guys are truly professionals and are highly customer-focused. They went way above and beyond our expectations. I do not normally write reviews, but when you have service this great, I have to share. I will certainly buy my next truck at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn thanks to them. More

Among our Must Haves we wan My husband and I were interested in purchasing a new car. We currently have two Toyotas. A 2009 Corolla and a 2006 RAV4. Among our Must Haves we wanted a car that offered a comfortable ride, was quiet, had good cargo space, and a Hybrid for fuel economy. Being Toyota owners we naturally started with the Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE and the Prius V. We test drove both, and decided that the Prius V met our needs best. Once the decision was made which vehicle we wanted what a pleasant experience the purchase at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn was. We did want the Prius V with the Navigation Package and in Blizzard Pearl (which at the end of the model year is very hard to find). Herb Chambers found it for us ... and much faster than we could have expected. We thought we would be waiting weeks. No, they had it in days. Everything could not have gone smoother. Dan, Mark and Shawn were so accommodating. No long day at the dealership! Marque Hoenig was very knowledgeable about the features on the Prius V and was able to answer all of our questions. When it came time to "negotiate" it was pretty painless. Within 10 minutes we had agreed on a price and were off to Financing. We were in and out of the dealership in under three hours. We did have to return to the dealership to pick up our car as we had several options added. And that visit too was quick and painless.
