If Jimmy isn't among the highest compensated persons employed at Herb Chambers then the business needs to stop, re-assess where consumer value is actually added and align this gentlemen’s finances commensurate. Beyond that: Herb Chambers staff operated to a methodic cadence. Customer is greeted by a friendly salesperson (Jimmy), the vehicle is talked up by sales-manager (1), the numbers are crunched and deal hashed by sales manager (2), the financial person does paperwork and the final presentation is given by sale manger (3). It’s clear they have a manual for the whole process and it works. Very little lead time, the customer is never waiting or un-attended. I have an aversion to purchasing vehicles; a huge expense for a product that devaluates more than anything else available to consumers. Herb Chambers made it a good experience just the same. I could not have prayed for a better experience I was not very sure that I was buying a car when I first walked into herbs, honestly I walked in just to compare prices with other dealers. I was greeted by Kennedy, not even 30 seconds later I felt like I was talking to my best friend, the guy did not stop smiling or laughing on top of that very professional. When he was showing me around he made me feel like he really wanted to help me find the best car for the best price. I don't normally trust people very fast but he was just awesome. After I saw the Camry that I wanted it was a budget issue, that is when Michael stepped in and was really trying hard to make me the best offer possible, but he did not just wanted me to get a car he was trying to make me feel comfortable. When I asked him to speak to the sales manager, he did not hesitate and that is when I met Imad, he had me believing that he was a manager just by the professional way he was carrying him self, friendly, respectful, professional, kind and honestly I don't know what else to say to describe him. He and Stephane undertood this and came up with a very good price, and also respected my prior commitment to visiting another dealer, instead of trying to force me to make a decision then and there. I give them a big plus for respecting my wishes. They were courteous all the way through. After visiting another dealer I decided that the deal offered by Herb Chambers Toyota is the best among those I received and is good enough for me to stop shopping.
