This was our second service experience at this dealer. First experience was great start to finish! Our second service call today was unquestionably the worst experience we have ever experienced. The service agent was absolutely condescending from the moment I came in. It took us longer to drive there than it did for them to allegedly diagnosing the issue with our navigation system. I was told that they could not reproduce the issue, that the clock was set in the wrong time zone and that it was probably the brand new apple charger. First of all we are in our late fifties & early sixties, both with college degrees and masters. I am confident not only do we know how to set a clock but also know what time zone we are in. I called when I got home to inform them the issue was not resolved and asked for a callback from the service manager which we never received. Herb Chambers will NOT be servicing our vehicle again. We will be taking to another dealer. Their service advisor should be removed from that position. She does NOT belong in that position! More
