I went just for a frame inspection on my 2011 Tacoma and James from service went true with the vin# to find out i have 2 more recall, so with out any hesitation he makes me a appointment to take care of eve James from service went true with the vin# to find out i have 2 more recall, so with out any hesitation he makes me a appointment to take care of everything at once. Brought my car in a second time due to shuddering /service bulletin .I waited 15 min to talk to Service manager was too busy chatting and eating his muffin to discuss the issue with my car. He sent o /service bulletin .I waited 15 min to talk to Service manager was too busy chatting and eating his muffin to discuss the issue with my car. He sent out someone else to tell me they could not duplicate the problem and that my engine needs to be replaced because oil was leaking profusely she told me to keep checking my oil. I will be calling Toyota HQ More
