Traded in our Subaru Outback for a used Toyota 4Runner, and we could not have been happier with the sales and financing departments. We called ahead and spoke with Jose Morales. Mentioned our situation, and told him the car we were interested in, and when we arrived, he had it out front prepped and waiting for us to test drive! Upon our return we had an amazingly speedy experience with settling on the price and trade in value of our Subaru Outback. We got no haggling and they even offered us more for our trade in that we owed!! Off to the finance department - Jim Walker helped us close the deal in no time at all. My wife and I have never had such a pleasant and expedient visit to purchase an automobile in our lives! Great service, and great people. Will definitely return to Herb Gordon in the future when car shopping. Wish we could rate them higher than "Very Good" More
