Michael Carey and the whole service team were EXTRAORDINARY today as they always are when I need them. En route for a 15,000 mile checkup, I learned my adult daughter was getting ready to deliver EXTRAORDINARY today as they always are when I need them. En route for a 15,000 mile checkup, I learned my adult daughter was getting ready to deliver my first grandchild, and I needed to get home 3 hours away, get my wife and prepare to travel sooner than we’d expected. Michael pulled out all the stops and I was out in about an hour when it should have taken two. I’m extremely thankful. Thank you Michael and Herb Gordon Subaru!! On a scale of ten?? A 12!! More

I LOVE working with my service advisor Vitaly and the people in the service department. I have NEVER had a bad experience with any of them! In fact, once I arrived 30 minutes before opening and the servi people in the service department. I have NEVER had a bad experience with any of them!
