Luis went above and beyond for me- I’ve been having some difficulties with my car’s battery and have visited the dealership a few times because of it. I came in without an appointment. My Service Advisor Vitaliy advised me that was not a problem. We discussed what I needed done and reminded me that I could get a free car wash. He My Service Advisor Vitaliy advised me that was not a problem. We discussed what I needed done and reminded me that I could get a free car wash. He told me the wait time would be 1-1/2 - 2 hours. The service waiting area has coffee and snacks available (free). The waiting area was comfortable. My service advisor gave me updates on the progress. My vehicle was ready when promised. This service is consistent with my previous visits to Herb Gordon Subaru. I love ‘em! More
