I took my 2018 Subaru Legacy / 3. 6R Limited in for a problem with the radio / head unit. After inspection it was found to have an internal problem. The radio / head unit was replaced 6R Limited in for a problem with the radio / head unit. After inspection it was found to have an internal problem. The radio / head unit was replaced per a warranty extension. Vitaliy Khlebnikov and Ken Hanscom were both very helpful and took care of my issue right away. Very happy with the service.
