I took my 2018 Subaru Legacy / 3. 6R Limited in for a problem with the radio / head unit. After inspection it was found to have an internal problem. The radio / head unit was replaced 6R Limited in for a problem with the radio / head unit. After inspection it was found to have an internal problem. The radio / head unit was replaced per a warranty extension. Vitaliy Khlebnikov and Ken Hanscom were both very helpful and took care of my issue right away. Very happy with the service. Work done in one day 8/25/22. More
Mr. Goodman is the epitome of Subaru USA. This is an overdue review but not our first rodeo as we have had a few generations of Subaru. All good outcome and service with Herb Gordon. Our latest adventure: over 200K miles on an 2006 limited. We had an issue with our brake lines (corrosion). Mr. Goodman went to bat for us with Subaru to have all new lines installed - billed directly to Subaru at NO expense to us. even a new loaner was provided. Wow. THank you, Herb Gordon. Needless to say all our vehicles will be purchased from this dealership. Good dealership, even better people working there ! More

He was helpful, very patient, knowledgeable, and worked with my schedule when I needed to consultant and pick up my vehicle. He made the pandemic-car-buying process less anxiety producing. He also is consistently an amazing sales consultant! He sold a car to one of my immediate family members 2 years ago and he was the same then as he was now.
