(So that's helped on some of the labor costs and I really appreciate that!) Shout out to my new favorite service advisor, Michael Goodman! And the last time I went in I did not have an appointment, I was just doing the walk-in Express. I had an excellent experience at Herb Gordon Subaru. Luis Prada, my service advisor, was very courteous, honest, and informative. The other team members I encountered were very pleasant as well.
